The Walt Disney Archives opens its doors to invite you on an unforgettable journey through Disney history and magic.

More than 250 treasures await you at Disney: The Exhibition: works of art, original costumes, props, unique objects, and memorabilia – including some of Disney’s “Crown Jewels” will be on display in Madrid!

Be amazed by nine galleries full of imagination, where classics come to life - from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937) to Encanto (2021) – alongside some new favorites from PIXAR, STAR WARS and MARVEL.

A magical experience to enjoy as a family, where young and old can relive their favorite stories and create new memories together.

The exhibition

The experience is located at Fundación CANAL.

The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.

Yes, the venue is air-conditioned.

Yes, ask our staff once you are there.

The Exhibition is a walk-through event. If you need to take a break, you will be able to find some benches in selected themed galleries to rest. Please ask our staff on site for directions.

Food and drinks are not permitted inside the exhibition. If you need to bring food or medication due to a specific illness or circumstance, please present the corresponding medical certificate.

Yes, food and beverage will be available on site, although they are not allowed inside the exhibition.

No, this exhibition does not use strobe lights.

Yes, we love to welcome visitors in costume or cosplay. Please make sure your face is not fully covered.

There are no character meet & greets at Disney: The Exhibition. The exhibition showcases costumes, props and memorabilia of Disney's most iconic characters.

The experience

Disney The Exhibition invites visitors to embark on a captivating journey through 100 years of magic. Explore different themed galleries, from the beginnings of The Walt Disney Company, through the most recent successes of Pixar, Star Wars or Marvel.

It takes approximately 90 minutes to explore the nine galleries, but you are free to stay as long as you like.

The exhibition is accessible to all ages.

Yes, the exhibit is a child-friendly environment.

Parental discretion is advised when deciding if the exhibition will be suitable for your child.

Feel free to take photos and videos and share them. The use of professional equipment and tripods is not allowed. Please also be careful not to disturb other visitors while taking photos. The use of flash for photos is not allowed inside the exhibition.

Access to the exhibition

Only small bags or backpacks, smaller than an A4 sheet of paper (21 x 30 cm), are allowed. To expedite the entry of all customers, we ask that you do not bring bags or backpacks to the event unless it is unavoidable.

Lockers are available at the venue; please ask our staff on-site for directions.

The Exhibition is not suitable for animals.

Registered assistance dogs are allowed. If you are bringing an assistance dog, please contact info@soldout.es in advance. The Equality and Human Rights Commission states that "assistance dogs are specially trained", which means that:

They will not roam freely on the premises.

They will sit or lie quietly on the floor next to their owner.

They are unlikely to foul a public place.

If a dog does not behave in accordance with these guidelines while on the premises, it and the user/owner will be asked to leave the exhibit. All assistance dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.

Yes, the Canal Foundation has made access to the exhibition possible for everyone.

Yes, you can follow the tour of the exhibition with written information. The opening film of the exhibition is also subtitled in Spanish.

Visitors are required to stand and move around the exhibition for about 60-90 minutes, but there is no tension or intense physical movement. We recommend that you speak to the person in charge upon arrival to discuss any specific needs so that they can help you.

Yes, strollers are allowed.

Yes, at the end of the exhibition, you will find a large shop with a wide range of exclusive products related to the exhibition.

Tickets

Through this website, authorized points of sale or at the box office on-site.

Disney The Exhibition offers tickets by time slot. You can choose the day and time of arrival at the exhibition. With a VIP ticket, you will enter through the VIP entrance or fast lane. In addition, you will receive a VIP accreditation on a lanyard, a voucher for a free poster at the end of the exhibition, and a 15% discount at the merchandising store on site.

Families of 2 adults and 1 or 2 children can enjoy the experience with a family ticket.

We have special ticket prices on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for the following groups: Seniors over 65, students, youth card holders and disabled.

We also offer group tickets at special rates per person for school classes, as well as special rates for other groups (10 or more people).

Entrance to the exhibition is granted within specific time slots for specific dates. You can choose the time slot in which you will be able to use your ticket during the booking process (online, by phone or at your local booking office). It is important to arrive punctually at the beginning of your chosen time slot; access to the exhibition is possible within the time slot booked. The duration of the visit is unlimited.

Children under 3 years old are free. For children between 3 and 12 years old, children's tickets are available at special prices.

For school classes and group reservations (8 people or more), please send an email to ventas@soldout.es.

No. You can access the exhibition at any time within the time slot you have booked. The duration of your stay is unlimited.

If you arrive late or have a travel problem, you may have to wait at the entrance of the exhibition. Please speak to our ticket office staff and they will try to accommodate your reservation in the next available time slot.

It is not necessary to print your electronic tickets.

It is possible to buy tickets at the exhibition ticket office. However, immediate entry and availability of time slots cannot be guaranteed.

Tickets will only be refunded if the exhibition has to close for reasons beyond the public's control. There is an option to purchase a 'flexiticket' that offers ticket exchanges. For cancellations, an extra cancellation service can be added to your tickets at the time of purchase.
